I’m a Volunteer, Webmaster, and Graphic Designer!
I’ve always been interested in cars, computers, and technology. I started learning Photoshop and HTML around 1997. After graduating from high school in 1999, I enrolled in a Graphic Design degree program. I built my first full-featured website in 2000.
On May 9th, 2002, I was following the car club I belonged to (Low Measures) to a car show when I had a wreck. It damaged my spinal cord at C3, C4, and C5, leading to paralysis from the neck down (Incomplete Tetraplegia). During rehab, I relearned how to use a computer with a head-controlled mouse. After I left the hospital, I started volunteering and building websites.
Since my spinal cord injury, I have volunteered to build several websites for non-profit organizations. I have received several awards and special mentions for my volunteering efforts. I’m extremely honored to be a part of so many great organizations.
